Software for clubs and associations
Manage members, collect dues, keep track of what is unpaid — built by people who know someone does this voluntarily alongside a day job.
Stop typing 80 direct debits one by one: a dues run produces ONE SEPA file that you upload at your bank — an evening saved every quarter.
And whoever does not pay by direct debit does not vanish: bank transfers appear under “Outstanding items” and get a payment reminder as a ready-made letter from there.
Which clubs is it for?
Fee classes, groups and roles are freely named. None of it is tailored to a particular kind of club.
Sports club
Sections, youth and adult dues, training groups — and the treasurer who collects every quarter.
Music club & choir
Active and supporting members kept apart, performances with sign-up and waiting list.
Shooting club
Several disciplines as groups, roles with terms of office, the club fete via the clubhouse register.
Cultural & heritage club
Few members, a volunteer board, one dues run a year — built exactly for that.
Support association
Supporting members with widely differing amounts: individual sums that override the fee class.
Any other association
Fee classes, groups and roles are freely named — none of it is tailored to a particular sport.
What you can use today
Every point here is built and proven locally — not announced.
One SEPA file instead of 80 debits
A dues run produces ONE file (pain.008) that you upload in your online banking. First and recurring debits are distinguished automatically, the IBAN checksum is verified.
Members with fee classes and groups
Fee classes per club type, individual amounts that override them, sections and roles with terms of office. Leaving and permanent deletion on request (GDPR).
Dues runs with gapless document numbers
The draft is editable line by line. On booking it is frozen, and every item receives a consecutive document number — per club and year, without gaps.
Outstanding items and reminders
Who currently owes money — across all runs, with days overdue. From a payment reminder up to a second notice, as a ready-made printable letter, each with its own document number.
Events with sign-up and waiting list
A sign-up page via its own link — your members need no account. Once capacity is reached, the waiting list continues automatically.
Clubhouse register for the summer fete
Livo Kasse is free forever and runs offline — for the summer fete, the club fete or drinks sales at the clubhouse.
What Livo explicitly does NOT do
Better read beforehand than discovered afterwards. These three limits are drawn deliberately.
Livo moves no money
We produce the SEPA file, you upload it yourself in your online banking. Livo has no access to your club account and is not a payment provider.
Reminders without dunning fees
Our reminder letters charge neither fees nor default interest. Whether your club may charge them is governed by its statutes — we cannot know that and will not invent it.
No tax advice
Livo keeps your dues and records in order, but replaces neither a tax adviser nor an audit. Donation receipts are deliberately not offered.
What does not work yet — and why
A placeholder that does not say why it is one is an excuse. So each one states the reason.
Sending newsletters from within Livoin progress
The draft and the resolved recipient list are there — the sending path is not. Mass e-mail needs a vetted delivery service; we will not enable a button that then fails in your name.
Reminders by e-mail instead of on paperin progress
The addresses are there, the letter text is written. The same sending path is missing as for newsletters — today you print the reminder or save it as a PDF.
Donation receiptsin progress
Deliberately not built: a donation receipt is a tax-binding document with officially prescribed wording. As long as that has not been professionally reviewed, we do not claim it.
Member portal for self-servicein progress
Letting members maintain their own address and bank details saves the board work — but it ranks behind what the treasurer needs every quarter.
€8 per month — the cheapest Livo area
Clubs pay out of membership dues and are usually run by volunteers. That is why Livo Verein is deliberately the cheapest of our six areas. The clubhouse register is free forever on top.
