Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following policy. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For a contract for a service or digital content, the period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Robin Grohmann, Im Wiesengrund 4, 53347 Alfter, email: kontakt@livogroupe.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

For deliveries of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For a contract for a service or the supply of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness of losing your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract.
