LIVOGROUP

Salon & studio

Your customers book themselves — around the clock, without an account, without commission per booking. And you see in the calendar what the day holds.

Who this is built for

Chair, cabin or treatment bed — the maths behind it is the same: one resource, one time, no overlap.

Hair salon

Several chairs, different durations per service, colour with processing time.

Beauty & wellness

Cabins instead of chairs, longer treatments, tidy-up time between appointments.

Nail studio

Short, tightly packed appointments — every gap in the calendar counts.

Tattoo & piercing

Long sessions, consultation, fixed assignment to the artist.

Massage & therapy-adjacent

Treatment beds as a resource, buffer times, returning customers with history.

What works today

Every point here is built and is checked in a real browser against a real database on every change. Where a limit belongs to a feature, it stands next to it — not in the small print.

Online booking around the clock

Your customers book on their own page — pick a service, a team member or “anyone”, a free time, contact details, done. No account, no app, no commission per booking.

Real availability, not a request form

Calculated from duration, clean-up buffer, working hours, breaks, holidays and lead time. Only genuinely free slots are offered — and the booking is binding, not a request.

No double booking, even on simultaneous clicks

If two customers book the same slot at the same moment, exactly one gets it — the other is told right away that it is taken. This is measured with two simultaneous bookings against a real database, not assumed.

Calendar per team member — day and week

Day view with a time grid per person, week overview for planning. Phone bookings and breaks are entered directly — in your own calendar you decide, not the system.

Reschedule without losing the customer

“Can we move to Thursday?” is one click: new day, new time, different person. The customer gets an email naming both the old AND the new time — and the reminder becomes due again for the new slot.

Services with duration, buffer and price

Per service: duration, clean-up buffer, price, tax rate, who may perform it and whether it is bookable online. The price is frozen on the appointment — a later price change does not alter past appointments.

Working hours, breaks and closures

Opening hours for the whole salon or individual hours per person. Two windows a day give you the lunch break. Holiday and training as closures — all day or by the hour.

Customer records with history

Builds itself with every booking. Visits, revenue, no-shows and internal notes — the colour formula, for example. Deletion on request (GDPR): appointments remain as business records but lose the link and contact details.

Health-related notes such as allergies are specially protected data — please store them only with consent. The same note appears in the software next to the field.

Confirmation, reminder, self-cancellation

Confirmation immediately, reminder the day before, both by email. Every customer gets their own link to cancel themselves — up to a deadline you set. After that the page asks them to call.

Email is built, SMS is not. SMS would need a paid provider — as long as that is not decided, we do not promise it.

Waiting list — the slot that would otherwise be lost

“We are full” does not have to mean the customer is gone. What is recorded is a wish: period, service, morning or afternoon. If someone cancels, the calendar shows exactly those waiting who fit that slot — not the whole list. One click writes to them.

It deliberately does NOT rebook automatically. You decide who gets the freed slot — order is not always fairness, and regulars are a business model. The email also tells the customer explicitly that the slot is not yet reserved for them.

Reports: how did today go

Today, this week, this month: completed appointments, revenue, still-open appointments, no-shows and cancellations — broken down per team member and per service. Only completed appointments count; a no-show never appears as revenue.

This is an appointment overview, not a till report and not a cash book. There is no TSE, no payment methods and no receipt. Livo Studio does not know whether an appointment was paid — it counts the frozen price of completed appointments. This page is not suitable for tax purposes.

Deliberately not built yet

So you do not buy and then miss it: this does not exist. None of it is hidden in the software or half-present.

Taking payment at the counter

Payment today goes through the free Livo Kasse. The link “appointment ↔ receipt” is not built — the appointment does not know whether or how it was paid.

Deposits against no-shows

Needs a payment integration and a legal review of the cancellation terms. Until then the protection is the cancellation deadline plus the no-show count on the customer.

SMS reminders

Email reminders are built. SMS would need a paid provider.

Collecting reviews

Automatically asking for a review after the appointment — on the list, but not built.

Preferred team member on the waiting list

The waiting list remembers period and service, but not “only with Sandra”. Deliberately kept small until someone actually needs it.

From tomorrow your customers book themselves

Livo Studio costs €12 a month — no commission per booking, however many appointments come through the page.

Honestly: there is no buy button here yet. Livo Studio is released as a beta and cannot be purchased through checkout yet — write to us and we will set up your access.

You sell products at the counter with the free Livo Kasse — it is not part of the booking system, but it complements it. Go to Livo Kasse
