Already in use today
Everything here is built and proven locally — in the free Windows register and the web dashboard. No announcements. Where an acceptance is still pending, it says so on the item itself, not in the small print.
The free register
Complete Windows POS without subscription or account: quick keys, change calculator, mixed payments, receipt printing, cash drawer.
Variants like size & colour
One item, many versions — with price up or down per variant. For fashion, bakery sizes or bundles.
Stock & goods received
Book in a delivery — by picking the item or scanning its barcode. Stock per item with minimum levels and reorder alerts, every movement logged with its reason. If a delivery was never booked, stock shows a negative figure instead of a flattering zero.
Sales applied, voids reversed
Receipts from the register reduce stock; a voided receipt puts the goods back on the shelf. Receipts that arrived incomplete are not applied but counted and named — better a visible remainder than silently wrong stock.
Stocktake without closing the shop
Start a count sheet, count shelf by shelf, close it. You may keep selling while counting: the target is frozen when you start and only the difference is booked — the register keeps running and the figures still add up. At the end: shortfall and surplus shown separately, in units and in euros.
Daily close with reorder list
At closing time, at a glance: revenue, receipts, average basket, best sellers — and the list of what needs reordering, with actual sales over the last 14 days.
Scan-based checkout (barcode/EAN)
Store a barcode per item, scan, the item lands on the receipt — built and covered by 28 dedicated tests. Honestly: acceptance with real scanner hardware is still pending, so it ships with the next register update.
Vouchers & loyalty
Sell vouchers and redeem them as a payment method, remaining balance included. Customer records with loyalty points — earn and redeem on the receipt.
Voids that satisfy auditors
Every correction is a counter-booking, nothing is deleted (GoBD). X/Z reports, counting protocol and variance at daily closing.
Central management on the web
Manage items and prices in the web dashboard — every register pulls the change automatically. See revenue and receipts from anywhere.

Partial stocktake & scanner countingin the works
Today a count sheet always covers every item and is filled in by hand. A stocktake for a single product group, counting with a scanner and a two-person rule are not built yet.
Guided returns & exchangesin the works
Pull up the receipt, pick the line, record the reason — refund as a clean counter-booking. Today whole-receipt voids work; the guided returns flow is in the works.
Scale & price by weightin the works
Fruit, cheese, deli: take the weight from the shop scale, price calculated automatically. In the works — planned as an add-on.
Labels & price tagsin the works
Print barcode labels and shelf price tags straight from item management. In the works — planned as an add-on.
