Livo Hotel is built for places where the same person works reception, lays out breakfast and writes the bill in the evening. One page for the day, one for occupancy — and guests who enquire in German or English without you doing a thing.
Nobody else in your house can do this
Your public enquiry pages speak German and English. Which language a guest gets is decided by their browser or by a link you hand out — you maintain nothing twice, write no second page and translate no emails. A guest from the Netherlands reads the same page in English that your neighbour reads in German.
The confirmation after sending stays in their language too — exactly at the moment they need to know whether the enquiry arrived.

Your guests enquire in German AND English
Your room and banquet enquiry pages detect the guest's language on their own — from the browser or from a link you hand out. You maintain nothing twice and write no second page.
The day at reception on one page
Who arrives today, who leaves, who is in house — with check-in and check-out straight from the list. No scanning a calendar.
Occupancy plan over date ranges
Rooms × days at a glance. Unconfirmed requests block as well, so nothing gets double-booked. The departure day is free again for the next arrival.
Room bill with a sequential invoice number
The number is created at check-out — gapless and only once per property, even on a double click. To print or save as a PDF for the guest.
Charge consumption straight to the room
Your staff pick a menu item in the hotel web app and charge it to the room — the amounts end up on one bill. A receipt already paid in cash or by card cannot go onto the room twice.
Banquet & event catering
Enquiry, headcount, menu agreements, quoted price — you make the offer, nothing is ever promised automatically.
A cleaning plan that writes itself
A departure today becomes a full clean, a staying guest a service clean, an arrival a check. Turnover days — departure and arrival on the same day — are listed first, because somebody is waiting there.
Season rates without doing the maths
A factor per period raises or lowers the room rate automatically. If seasons overlap, the highest one applies.
What does not work yet — and why
Two things are missing. In neither case is the reason the programming, and we would rather write down why than keep quiet about it.
Register charges straight onto the roomin progress
The hotel web app is ready for it: a register receipt with the “room” payment method would show up here as an open item and could be assigned to a booking. Only the “room” payment method in the register itself is missing — it arrives with the next register update. Until then you charge consumption via the menu (see above).
Channel manager (Booking, Airbnb)in progress
This is not a programming question but a contractual one: the portals only grant interface access under contract. Until that is in place we will not build a connection that then does not work.
Registration form & tourist taxin progress
Both are governed by state law and regulated differently in every federal state. We will not build a registration form that looks legally valid. The address field on the booking prepares it — we claim nothing more.
What we do not claim
Livo Hotel does not run a certified TSE. Every room bill therefore says “KEIN STEUERLICHER BELEG” — on screen and in print. A sequential invoice number is not tamper-proof archiving, and we do not pretend otherwise. When in doubt ask your tax advisor; we do not give tax advice.

€15 a month if you stay. You need no hardware and no installation — a browser is enough. If you have a restaurant in the house, the free register comes along and charges consumption straight to the room.
The price for Livo Hotel is fixed. Add-on modules are currently a proposal and not yet bookable.
