Build your menu (items, tax rates, CSV)

Settings → Items & categories: create a category first (e.g. "Food"), then items with price and tax rate.

Eat-in vs. take-away tax rates

Each item can carry a different take-away rate (e.g. food 19% eat-in, 7% take-away — the German rules). Quick-select buttons set the usual combinations. At checkout, the eat-in/take-away switch decides which rate goes on the receipt.

Kitchen display station

Every item belongs to a station (kitchen or bar) — the kitchen display splits tickets accordingly.

CSV import and export

Settings → Data & cloud: export and import the whole menu as CSV (semicolon-separated, Excel-friendly). Import is all-or-nothing: on any error nothing is half-applied, and the message names the offending line.
