Training mode, PIN login and audit log

Training mode

Settings → Business & receipt. Training receipts get their own number range (TRAIN-…), never count as revenue, never upload, and touch neither stock nor voucher balances nor loyalty points. A prominent banner and the "SCHULUNG — KEIN VERKAUF" imprint make every practice receipt unmistakable. The real number range stays gapless.

PIN login

Create staff in Settings → Personal (PIN 4–8 digits, stored only as a hash). With PIN login enabled, the register starts locked; the signed-in name goes on the receipt and into the log. "Sperren" signs out.

Audit log

Settings → Protokoll: voids, price changes, deleted items, tab removals, shifts, voucher events, points corrections, stock movements, sign-ins/outs — the log is append-only, never edited.
