Install and start Livo Kasse

Download the installer from the register product page (free, currently Windows only). You can compare the displayed SHA-256 checksum with the downloaded file.

Windows SmartScreen notice

The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning on first launch — click "More info" and then "Run anyway". A signing certificate is planned.

First start

• "Start without an account": the register runs fully locally right away — no internet, no registration. Only your business name is asked for (it appears on the receipt).
• "Pair register": connects the register to your Livo account (see "Pair the register with the cloud"). You can also start locally and pair later — your menu is uploaded automatically.

Important: no TSE yet

Every receipt says "KEIN STEUERLICHER BELEG — TSE nicht aktiv" (not a tax receipt). Connecting a certified German fiscal security device (TSE) is in progress; until then the register is meant for testing and training. We do not fake compliance that does not exist yet.
