Online ordering
Offer pickup and delivery
Under Livo Gastro → Bestellungen there are separate switches for pickup and delivery. Guests then choose the mode right on your ordering page.
What the guest provides
Pickup: name and phone (required), desired time optional. Delivery: additionally the delivery address. The page honestly states: payment happens at pickup or delivery — there is no online payment flow.
Delivery fee and minimum order
In the orders tab (with delivery enabled) you can set a delivery fee and a minimum order value. The fee is appended to the delivery order as its own "Liefergebühr" line and shown to the guest before submitting; below the minimum, the guest cannot submit — the missing amount is stated honestly (and the server checks both again).
Ordering hours and delivery area
Also in the orders tab: ordering hours as time windows (e.g. "11:30-14:00, 17:00-21:30") and the delivery area as a ZIP list. With windows set, the guest's desired time becomes a picker on a 15-minute grid ("as soon as possible" only while a window is open). An address outside the ZIP list is flagged immediately and rejected authoritatively by the server — honestly listing the served ZIP codes. Empty = no restriction.
At the register
"Übernehmen" puts the job into the "Abholung" worklist (header button) and sends the kitchen ticket. At handover: "Kassieren" — the items are loaded as a take-away receipt (the 7% rate applies where configured). If a guest doesn't show, "Verwerfen" discards the job with an audit entry.
Delivery fee tip: create an item "Liefergebühr" with your fee price on the register — order lines without a menu link are matched by item name at checkout (from version 0.18.1); your menu's price applies. Without that item, the register honestly asks you to add the line manually.
Driver note
Every delivery in the worklist offers "Fahrer-Zettel" (from 0.19.0): a printout with address, contact, desired time, note, items and the amount to collect (prices from your menu; unmatched lines honestly marked "?"). The note is explicitly not a receipt — the receipt is booked at the register.
Self-order kiosk
There is also a dedicated kiosk page for an in-store terminal: guests order themselves, choose eat-in/take-away and get a pickup number — payment at the counter.
